MPRE Attack Outline

MPRE Attack Outline

Are you taking the Multistate Professional Responsibility Exam (MPRE) soon? Check out our MPRE “attack outline” (also known as our MPRE cheat sheet).

Our MPRE attack outline is three pages long and it has a summary of the highly tested rules as well as some mnemonics and tips to make them easier to remember. It also tells you which areas of law are highly tested on the MPRE so that you can maximize your time and study efficiently! Better yet, our MPRE attack outline is free and you can download it at your convenience.

Note: We do not recommend that you only rely on our MPRE attack outline when you study for the MPRE! While our outline contains many of the highly tested rules, it is by no means nearly as comprehensive as a full MPRE outline. So, use it for what it is.

How should I use the MPRE attack outline?

We recommend you use the MPRE attack outline in the following ways:

  • Use it to quiz yourself and see if you remember the rules
  • Use it as a guide to see what the highly tested issues are (we tell you what percentage each portion is worth)
  • Review the MPRE tips in the attack outline
  • Review the mnemonics to better remember the rules
  • Use it as a final review guide before the MPRE

Many students also find it helpful to make their own MPRE attack outlines. It is a great way to actively review the material you have learned and you will remember the material better if you condense it yourself into your own outline. However, we provide an MPRE attack outline for those that do not have the time to make their own but still want the benefit of having a great tool at their disposal:
